I was lost...
I sat in Pascal Magne's class at USC in 2012 with a loss for words. Here I am a brand new dental student hearing about biomimetics for the first time. Legit mind-blown experience. Everything he was saying was making perfect sense. How can dentistry be this good?!
The more I learned about biomimetic dentistry the more answers it was giving. Biomimetic Dentistry was answering all of my questions. I was a dental assistant before dental school and would see things like intense post-op sensitivity, fillings and crowns falling out, small cavities leading to Endo, etc. Small problems would almost always lead to bigger more complicated treatments.

Biomimetic dentistry eliminates all these concerns. When we do the dentistry, we do it once. We're not seeing patients comeback repeatedly. We're seeing the work actually stick and last for years. Even compromised crazy cases.
So while in school, I was looking for a group or resource that I could continue to learn and dive in on these concepts. I wanted a place where I could ask other practitioners some common questions they were facing when doing biomimetics. I also needed some people I could trust to help get me out of tough situations. If the dentistry was this good, why wasn't there something to help me out?
